Health & Safety
In preparing to greet you in-person, we are committed to taking rigorous health and safety measures to provide the safest possible meeting space. We work closely with our event venues, and follow all federal, state, local laws and guidelines from the applicable health protection agency (for example, the CDC or the NHS) for each event. We may require all in-person attendees to be fully vaccinated (as described by the applicable health protection agency) and to show proof of the same upon check-in. Please review your event reminder email for specifics for your event. We strongly encourage attendees to stay home if ill, display signs of illness, have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, and/or have been exposed to COVID-19 within the past 14 days. We will issue a full refund at any time should you need to cancel due to a COVID-19 related exposure or illness.
Please email [email protected] with your cancellation request. We will continue to monitor the ever-evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic. If we need to adjust our plans and/or health and safety protocols, you will be notified. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these measures, and we can’t wait to welcome you in-person!
